I am a Psychology Graduate (BSc Hons. Psychology - London), and graduated in Software Development/Programming.

I am a book author on Amazon and have recently written my first book. I enjoy sharing psychological insights, solutions, and creative ideas to complex problems experienced by individuals and society. I enjoy expressing myself in writing, making sense of my life and hope that my writing resonates with and helps others too. Writing has power to change our worlds.

Outside of writing I like being out in nature and exploring the natural world. I also like reading, as well as writing and furthering my personal development to be a better human. I enjoy swimming, classical music, calm and peaceful environments - but I also enjoy a good challenge too!
