Brilliant article Bill. Very valuable. I think lack of freedom stems from choice but not always conscious. It is very true we are agents of our own life and not valuing our lives, leads to other undesirable behaviours that take freedom away. We must embrace fear, as if it is our friend. Then we are truly free.

BTW, Bill, can I ask how to get the audio button on your stories, as it's a great feature? It might help get more readers, if people have the choice to listen also. I've tried adding the play button before, but it didn't work.
