Great idea to have a monthly theme and then weekly round up. I know other publications that do that bring more views and reads. We all need the support and it's good you mention that support makes all the difference between writers to keep going or giving up. It's easy to keep going when things are going good but when they take a sudden U-turn, it's not always so easy to keep momentum, so I believe support is crucial. Thanks for all your help Marcus.
