Great story and victory for Marissa. I think she didn't reply to your text, as she had been through the mill, and not only survived but WON her case! That must have greatly increased her confidence, as it would with anyone. She had no need for external validation. More people should be like Marissa, but we live in a world of people who don't want to take risks. Understandable also, but the other side is that those who do take risks can sometimes win! That's the moral of the story. It's a good one! Marissa is a strong young woman who fights for her principles.
