Hi Alex, I have an issue with Mastodon. When I became a medium member just short while ago, I signed up to mastodon. Then I changed my user name a bit, but understood that that won't be updated on mastodon! However just yesterday, while linking my twitter account, I accidently deleted/deactivated the mastodon link in my profile settings. When I checked my mastodon account, it's showing as the original username I signed up with (before changing it), and everything else seemed OK (followers etc). So my question is, what is best thing to do? It seems I can update my username in mastodon, and if I do that, will that reactivate the mastodon link in my profile settings? I have lonked twitter to my medium account, but I hardly use twitter at all but would like to start using it more now. Be grateful for any advice re. Mastodon and if I can just update my username in my masterdon account, and that will reactivate the link on medium?
