I agree, the changes may be gradual and at start not even noticeable. We gradually adjust to an almost new identity, one filled with creativity and new people. I have noticed a real change, and welcome on at that. Like I am finally be myself. Let my wings fly and free from shackles of living life according to what everyone else dictates. It is a little sweet sense of freedom and mind growth.
