I don't think I set about manifesting as much as having a vision and being somewhat determined. Manifesting and having a vision is powerful. However, I've found that even when I do manifest (or have a vision) there can be times when it may falter, or my vision may be affected by external events outside of my control.

This usually doesn't really affect my vision however, as the important thing is to have one in the first place. Such interference only affect someone who has no vision or doesn't manifest at all. People can do whatever they wish but have a clear vision, and knowing what you think and who you are, are things that can't be taken from you.
