I find it really hard to pull myself off the screen sometimes and even if I do, it's good to just sit and read an actual book. Yesterday I forced myself to attend a chiropractioner to address postural and musculoskeletal issues and wow it's not in a good state, but got recommended exercises. I need to exercise more than I do. I enjoyed being outdoors and reading an actual book instead of being on a screen. I uses to read a lot too. Screens keep us very stuck.
