Tiredness can be problematic and common sense needed. I think I would probably find the counselling more stressful than coping with stress and anxiety (or even tiredness), certainly some of the counselling I had anyway! I saw recently in news that the government in UK are cutting back on Disability Benefits, for things like anxiety and depression unless they are extremely serious. Their attitude is get counselling or just get on with it (everyone has anxiety and depression to some degree). I am sure cutting benefits will affect many, and there has been much criticism.
