I think you're doing best things to help yourself Sheamus. Especially if you have to report to government. Don't mess about. Cooking is always very practical and necessary. I make a big effort to eat properly to keep up my health. I don't always feel like cooking though.

I am not giving Medium priority and I dont think I have for some time, as I was more focused on sustainability. I am writing newsletters on Substack and have about 15 free subscribers but none paid. I don't yet have paid subscriptions active until I build up my profile more.

My earnings on Medium for January are only $1.76 so far. I will stay writing on it but won't write stories about Medium (as they will earn less), and won't promote my links externally, as that earns less too. I think to make any decent money on Medium now is very difficult. Things have changed a lot, so just as well you don't have much time for it.
