Interesting perspective. I do believe these people definitely exist. The type that creates trouble, no matter what. In a toxic culture their behaviour isn't called out, and is accepted. There is culture of toxicity in the entire organisation from top down, that refuses to address toxic stars, as they are great at their job and indispensable. This is the wrong attitude.
