It is absolutely biased and discriminatory. The issues that remain unresolved are dividing the community also, with some saying 'hush, be patient and all will be resolved', but the heck with being patient. They've removed the notice on help center and leaving us hanging on not knowing anything.

The lack of communication itself is telling, not only are our stories not worth a cent, but we've not right to expect respect an be kept updated.
