It may seem I am being hypocritical but I agree. I got lured into the trend and started adding a buy me a coffee link at bottom but I honestly don't care at all if no one does, and they haven't. I am thinking now of removing it entirely, as it doesn't fit right with me. I feel bad asking for it, especially when I don't care either way. I do see people shoving it in people's faces and being honest it is a turn off. No need to do that and never would. I have never made over $100 on medium yet since becoming member at end of Jan but I am always striving to improve and have lots of ideas. In real life I wouldn't even ask anyone to buy me a coffee, so don't know why I ask on my stories, and it's just a habit. I want to remove it now.
