It's so much easier to internalise small things and blow them up into bigger ones in our heads. I've got that I make sure I'm responsible for creating a positive online environment for myself. I hate when something negative happens, or I over-react, and go to bed feeling negative, as the next day starts off with a heavy feeling. So I keep things light and positive, and don't entertain negativity. Being kind to ourselves involves prioritising our mental and physical wellbeing, and they are very connected. Negative thoughts affect us physically and are harmful.
