It's terrible really what goes on, and often those people never have a voice. Your story is remarkable, and shows great empathy, and that's what's lacking in the housing sector.

I particularly like your quote about poverty and that it's not just poverty in a traditional sense, but the inner poverty and dehumanisation of people. Of being unwanted and uncared for, sometimes even in our own homes. I wish more people would think like you.
