I've also felt this over the last 6 months. There seemed to be one thing after another and a really weird feeling on Medium. Just before Christmas, I found certain things very toxic and considered leaving. It felt robotic and felt I was losing touch with the rest of my life. Something definitely felt off for some time. I also felt my energy was being used negatively and I didn't like that.
