I've been on Medium long enough to know when titles are boring, fake, forced writing and clickbait. I avoid writers who write meaningless stories, no matter how well they dress them up. Many of such stories on Medium earn more than stories with meaning. I've clicked many stories niavely, only to regret it. I've got wiser the longer I am here. Good meaningful stories are quite a rarity on Medium, compared to clickbait, etc.
