I've noticed this too in facebook groups.

The cool kids don’t like to be challenged. They also don’t like it when someone not in the club gets more attention than them. That’s when the bullying starts.

I've noticed this too in facebook groups. Sad really adults stoop to this level. Agree its nothing to do with writing but is a power trip.
