Thanks Dawn. I am happy to reciprocate and always try to find common ground and something positive in other's writing and enjoy reading many stories from the groups and think it's important to support others.

However, if someone is demanding and tries to force me and “tell” me to follow, I don’t like it and don’t. The groups can offer support once it’s understood that reciprocal isn’t the same as force. Even when it’s expected, there is a choice not to read someone’s story if they haven’t asked in the right way, or I am simply not interested and don’t want to read it. There is a choice. I’ve blocked quite a few people whose stories I no longer want to engage with, rather than to have repeated requests, as that gets more stressful.
