Thanks for sharing Jonathan. It can be overwhelming at times, reading, writing and responding but I agree with what you say. Like anything lack of responses can create a drift and eventually as you say, gas an overall impact. I usually respond to all comments or at very least give a clap, but usually I interact. I feel it's important.
