Thanks Olive for writing sharing this. It was awful to discover the yellow outline after others had copies. As you say, they wouldn't know it was Amazon's fault. I am glad they gave you a refund. It certainly is a feat publishing on Amazon. I haven't tried it yet but definitely hope to.
