That's an excellent idea Jody and very proactive. I rarely check such things on my subscribers list and I think many are no longer medium members and don't know their locations, problems, etc. But how would it be possible to write topics suitable for some subscribers but not everyone, and only email those subscribers, as medium doesn't allow for this kind of pick and choose. It's all or nothing. Either all subscribers get my stories or none get them. Unless some subscribers are deleted, I don't see there is any way to differentiate or select to send stories to certain subscribers but not everyone. Once the box to "email subscribers" is ticked, off the story goes to everyone no matter what their interests, problems or locations. I don't think it's a good system and accounts for why only very few subscribers read my stories. I wish there was a way to do it very differently.
