…, ive never heard about a company that gives nasty attitude, you should rate them 1 star on google. Maybe it's better to let your landllord handle everything. I never phone anybody when I had house problems, only the landlod/landlady.
You should immediately clarify this to the landlord!

They're a huge landlord (housing association). They have thousands of tenants. They don't have an 'individual' mentality....just another number! Couldn't care less.
