This is a great article about rejection, as it's something many don't process or deal with properly. They take it so personally and given the primal evolution of our ancestors, as you explained, there is a fundamental reason for that. I think psychological safety is key to feeling secure enough to take calculated risks, as without that environment many venturing into entrepreneurship or business simply wouldn't be willing to take risks and with no risk, there is no growth, so it's a vicious cycle. Feeling supported and encouraged is so important and can make the difference between a successful venture or failed one. Keeping up momentum and hope is paramount.
