This is another great story. When I read your "About Me" story, it was evident what a good writer you are. You have a natural ability to write in a way that truly resonates. I am glad you found God and want to share this with others in a good positive way. Sadly I see some writers try to push their beliefs on others and use religion in a negative way. I recently had a very unpleasant experience of this, when I was in one of those facebook read-for-read groups and someone asked me to read their story, however I felt the request was more a command than one of choice. As I am sick of that kind of forced engagement, like many others, I blocked the person. I wanted to avoid an argument. I later was saddened to see he wrote a story about this using the "religion" card, alleging I blocked him as his story was about religion! I have read and engaged, and still do, with lots of religious stories. It is so unfair someone uses religion to control. I've no doubt you never ever would. It's good fo know there are some who wouldn't do something like that. I too seek authenticity and will always strive to.
