This is really helpful, as organisation and structure is a big part in attracting and keeping readers on the page, which is easily overlooked. Can I ask about word count, do references at bottom count when calculating word count or links to other articles by the writer at bottom of page? I know in academia, references at bottom don't count for overall word count of article.
