This is so beautiful and inspiring!

Earlier today, when in the library, I came across some great books, one was "The Colour of Madness" (Dr Samara Linton and Rianna Walcott).

Although the focus of the book is about mental health and race, it's also for anyone who aren't able to tell their stories, or those stories are not heard.

The quote at the start of the book is "'For those past and present who were not able to tell their stories. For those who told their stories but were not heard. For those who are steeling themselves, waiting for their moment to speak."
