Thought provoking story. I think we can shy away from the fact we don't know when we will die, yet unconsciously we know it could be any time. Many people prioritise material values instead of human ones which led to a life unfilled. We should look to find people who share our values and care about quality of life, especially for those in older age groups and people who aspire to find meaning in life, not just living to work.
