Yes. I am hopeful the issue will resolved in new year, but am worried there will be backlash about complaints I made. I made complaints against both landlord and contractor. So not looking forward to deaking with that in new year. The 'official' complaint I made is more trouble than the complaint itself, and they even had my email and number wrong on the complaint! They're mostly on landlord's side too and horrible to deal with. Totally useless. So I've walked myself into trouble.
